Often new agents will leave after our industry after 3-6 months, having spent their reserves of cash on monthly office and Real Estate Board fees before they get up and running closing enough sales to cover their expences and give them an income.

Our Office Commission Fee Structure  is based around the understanding that not every agent will be selling 2-3 homes per month right away.   A new agent may sell their first  house within 30 days of licencing, the closing may be in another 30 days, so 8 weeks without any income and just as their cheque arrives they will be recieving their second set of bill to come off the top. However, in the next 3 months they may List, Sell and Close 6 more properties with another couple closing shortly after. Some new local agents have been known to make $30,000 - 150,000 net in their first year. It could be you too.
